(Brittney) Mrs. Vincent met our every need providing accurate information regarding every aspect of our travel. She took care of booking our flights, lodging, rental car and securing our passes to the attractions. When discovered our attraction package didn't include one of the parks we wanted to she handled securing the appropriate pass. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our family time together. She didn't just book these amenities for us, she made sure that once we arrived we were satisfied. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service which speaks very highly of her as a professional.
